ELECTIONS | PARISH COUNCIL DECEMBER 6th
On December 6th following the Divine Liturgy, the Election committee will be conducting the elections for six (6) members to the Parish Council. In order to be eligible to vote you must be in good standing and your Stewardship 2009 Commitment must be 100% paid (you may fulfill your obligation that day prior to voting); you must be Orthodox; dependent students age 18 and over are also eligible to vote. New members must have enrolled 90 days (i.e. September 6) prior to December 7th. In any event, if you are not sure of your status, drop in the Church Office on that day and see Bessie Malamas, Financial Secretary, to verify your eligibility.

ST. BARBARA’S DAYCHRISTMAS PARTY DECEMBER 6th
The Philoptochos is once again sponsoring its St. Barbara’s Day Christmas Party on December 6th from 1 PM to 4 PM. here in the Parish Hall. Children of all ages are welcome. The crafts will include decorating tabletop Christmas trees and hanging wreaths decorated by the children which will be distributed to various homeless shelters for veterans. There no charges but we do ask that you bring mittens, hats or scarves for the Christmas Tree – these items will be given to the Albany Co. Dept. of Social Services for distribution. SENIOR CITIZEN DINNER SPONSORED BY GOYA DECEMBER 12th
In honor of everyone, age 55 or older, the GOYA is sponsoring once again the Holiday Dinner on Saturday, December 12th at 5:00 PM. Please call the Church Office to place your reservation. See flyer in this issue.
