It is time to prepare for the 41^st annual Greek Festival. This year’s festival will take place on Friday May 14^th thru Sunday May 16^th, 2010.

Last year’s festival has gone into the history books as yet another record breaker. While the economy in general was on very shaky ground—our festival provided an affordable opportunity for people to enjoy themselves---AND ENJOY THEY DID!

We sold more food in almost all categories – even though new food stations were added. Our more efficient systems that have been in place now for five years, proved that we could handle very large turnouts of people—and volumes of food, that were previously thought of as impossible. Well, get ready for another fantastic year.

Over the last five festivals, we have updated our equipment. We have purchased new grills for Souvlaki, new fryers for French fries, added dividers to create efficient lines at stations. We even had a shed built for the storage of our equipment. This year will be NO different. We will purchase a new mixer for our pastries and a new automated loukamathes machine. These items will pay for themselves in just one year.
