Our Festival is just one month away. Preparations have been made to insure that Festival 2010 will continue it’s legacy to surprise, both in profitability AND the experience.

The Journal & Guide book ADMISSIONS book will once again be filled with advertisements from local businesses and well wishers. Admissions will be raised for the first time in five years to $3. We offer a great product in experience and foods during the three days of our festival. Much time and work goes into this event — we should not be embarrassed to charge a nominal fee for it.

Price Chopper will once again be a major sponsor for our festival. They have agreed to pre-sell admission ticket in many of their stores through out the Capital region.

Again this year, we will be adding "NEW" selection of foods to certain booths. We will be offering Soda, "Greek Fries" , and LAMB sandwiches at the Souvlaki booth. The Meze booth will also offer some "different and exciting" combinations.

There is much work that goes into the planning such a tremendously large event. There is always a need for volunteers and workers – both during the festival AND the week of the festival. Please do not wait to be called — it does not work that way. If you wish to work — call me. If you can only work two or four hours-call me, and I will say Thank You!! We have grown very big in profitability and workload over the last five festival – WE NEED WORKERS. Ask a neighbor, a friend, a relative, or a co-worker (as I do) to come down and be a part of "Greek Festival 2010". I think that you will be surprised at how EAGAR they will be to want to want to be a part of such an event.
