A schedule of the baking dates and items to be prepared is listed below. All women of the community are invited to offer whatever time they have available each week, or whenever possible. Those unable to assist in the baking are most welcome after 7 p.m. on the evenings when the packaging of the baked goods must be completed, and the kitchen cleaned and put back in order. Men are also vitally needed for these jobs after 7 p.m. Transportation will be provided whenever possible.
